100 Hr Teacher Training

100hourslider

Our Yoga Teacher Training is for committed and curious yoga students who wish to take their practice to the next level in the company of like-hearted souls. During our 100 hour teacher training we’ll dive deeply into the traditions and practices of yoga, connect with the fullness of ourselves and each other, and harvest the fruits of a dedicated practice.

Participants will receive in-depth instruction in asana performance, biomechanics, alignment, applied anatomy, core yogic texts, various philosophical lineages and traditions, meditation techniques, pranayama, mantra, and yoga therapeutics. Yoga Immersion moves or yoga practice off the mat and deep into our hearts, minds, and spirits, where it can transform our lives in powerful ways.

In Immersion we will integrate the practices and wisdom from the yoga tradition to our daily lives where they can benefit our families and communities. By first attending the yoga immersion and deepening your practice, you will know if continuing 100 more hours on the Yoga Kula teacher training path is right for you.
