A New Years Yoga Intensive with Noah Mazé
Deepen your practice, expand your capacity and connect to what lies at the foundation of your relationship to yoga as we cross into a new year. Ganesha, the Deity of transitions/thresholds and beginnings will mythically inspire this weekend of transformational yoga in a community setting. Expect a blend of focused yoga asana, philosophical teachings, and contemplative practices. Kick off your new year in a great way!

Friday 2-5pm: Teacher Workshop Part 1
Goals and Manifestations; an Intermediate Led Practice and Satsang
Come ready to play and work hard in a led practice with Noah. Appropriate for dedicated students and teachers with a regular practice of Adho Mukha Vrkshasana (Handstand), Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance) Urdhva Dhanurasana (Full Wheel Backbend), Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand).
Friday 6-7:30pm: All levels Class
Intention
Seat yourself in this class of progressive hip openers and forward bends will deeply ground you. Class will culminate with a practice of contemplation and mantra meditation. Please bring a journal.
Saturday 11-12:30 All levels class
Courage
This vinyasa style class will move you to engage your heart in standing pose flows that focus on the Warrior Postures (Virabhadrasanas). Come ready to move your asana and engage your heart.
Saturday 1-4pm— Workshop Part 1
Commitment
This session will be a mix of strong and dynamic postures as we stretch the spine, open the shoulders, upper back and legs to prepare for backbending postures. Step by step sequencing will enable you to go deeply into your capacity and commit fully to what is most important to you in these transformational poses. This all levels class will have stages and modifications for everyone. Class will culminate with a practice of contemplation and mantra meditation. Please bring a journal.
Saturday 4-7pm— Teachers Workshop Part 2
Strategies for Success
In this ‘talkshop’ on sequencing for dedicated students and teachers, you will learn much to immediately implement into your practice and teaching. Bring your asana and sequencing questions, a copy of Light on Yoga and your journal. Expect a mix of lecture/theory and experiential exercises.

Vision
The Sages represent our capacity for insight and vision. This class will focus on Sage Postures and Vinyasa sequencing as we open our legs and hips and spine, strengthen our arms and core, for visionary hand balancing postures.
Sunday 1-4- Workshop Part 2
Reflection
This workshops will build on previous sessions in a practice that incorporates restorative poses, seated forward bends, hip openers and twists, and inversions Class will culminate with a practice of contemplation and mantra meditation. Please bring a journal.
