Grace first stepped on to a yoga mat in 2005 and has spent each year since diving deeper into asana practice and yogic studies. Her dedication to developing her own yoga and meditation practice brought her to the birthplace of yoga, India, where she attended her first Sivananda 200 hour teacher training. Since then, she has studied and certified in Para Yoga & Tantric studies and Yoga for Kids while exploring practices of yin yoga as well. Grace’s passion for the physical practice of yoga is met equally by her love of yogic philosophy and creative movement which she often interweaves into her classes. She is honored to offer her love of yoga to the Yoga Kula community.
