Jessica Wolf works therapeutically and holistically with the body, incorporating many modalities. In her yoga class Jessica applies her 17 years as a dancer, dance educator, and choreographer. Her training in experiential hybrid performance, the healing arts, alignment principles, massage, her love for travel and Somatic Therapy (how the mind and body are interrelated) are weaved in a playful yoga experience. Her yoga classes are grounding, sacred, supportive, and challenging. In Jessica’s classes you will have fun, be inspired, and leave feeling something. You might experience rigorous postures to playful movements, rest in restorative poses or roll around on tennis balls to release fascia. All Levels are welcome with a willingness to courageously dive inward witnessing what lies within.
