Liberate stored resistance and tensions, creating more available energy for moving mindfully into the new year.
Want a safe and sweet space in which to celebrate New Year’s Eve? Join Antonia and Carmen in remembering the fullness of 2012 and opening to the promise of 2013. Reflecting on the joys and struggles of the past year, we will honor lessons learned and prepare ourselves to embrace this next cycle. Class will include a balanced asana practice, deep release poses, pranayama, guided meditation, time for contemplation and writing & will conclude with heart-opening, soul-nourishing restorative yoga.
