Sarah Denae Patterson has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2010. Sarah did a 200hr study program in the traditional ashtanga yoga lineage. Since then, she has branched into the gentler and energetic aspects of yoga.
When she began teaching, she discovered a love of helping people work through stuck spots in the body and find true relaxation.
Sarah is also a sailor and maker of skincare, inspiring people to live organic, fluid and free through her blog SalinityStudio.com.
