About the instructor:
Grace has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. She followed this path to India and Nepal where she deepened her understanding of these practices. For Grace, Mindfulness has become more than a practice but a way of life. Through her attempts to “live the practice” she has become happier, healthier, and felt more connected than ever before. It is her greatest joy to offer this practice as a way to find more spaciousness and freedom in one’s life. She will be completing her year training at The Mindfulness Training Institute with Mark Coleman and Martin Aylward in June.
