About Missy Felsenstein:
Silence is the root of everything. If you spiral into its void, a hundred voices will thunder messages you long to hear.” This Rumi quote is the core of Missy’s own sound journey and teachings. Through the use of live sound with quartz crystal singing bowls and specifically tuned gongs, expect to indulge in conscious relaxation and sweet stillness. Sound is a powerful, ancient healing tool that creates mediative like states through a scientific process called entrainment. Missy Felsenstein used these meditative depths to guide herself gently out of depression and anxiety and into a more balanced way of life. Missy immediately felt a connection to this healing modality and knew it was her passion to help herself and others create more sustained peace and joyful living through sound. Missy is a certified 750 hr yoga therapist, sound alchemist, and a wellness and lifestyle coach specializing in depression and anxiety. Her mission is to lessen the distance between ourselves and our truth. relax. listen. trust.
