Through asana, meditation, deep contemplation, chanting, and talks on the profound teachings and practices of the tantric and ayurvedic approaches to practical enlightenment, we'll set engage a transformative current that will carry us into the new year.

Katchie Ananda has devoted more than two decades to the study of yoga and is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, trainer and workshop/program developer. She is certified in Anusara, Jivamukti and Integral yoga, as well as extensively trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa under Richard Freeman. She is the co-founder of Yoga Sangha, now Yoga Kula, a studio in San Francisco renowned for its commitment to “Spiritual Activation”, yoga and social change.
She was recently profiled in Yoga Journal as one of the five top yoga teachers making change in the world and in 2008, she was named “Best Yoga Teacher” by the East Bay Express. She is a 2009 Lululemon Ambassador and has been featured in SF Weekly, Yogi Times and other publications.

Scott Blossom is a Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner, yoga therapist, and Ayurvedic Consultant. He has been studying yoga for over fourteen years and teaching yoga for nine. He holds a degree in biology and has extensively studied anatomy, physiology, and Ayurveda (East Indian traditional medicine) with Dr. Robert Svoboda. In his yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings Scott focuses primarily on yoga and Ayurveda, Shadow Yoga as taught by Zhander Remete, and yoga therapy.He teaches from a multidimensional perspective, integrating contemporary western and classical eastern concepts of healing and balance.

Sally Kempton is one of today's most experienced and insightful teachers of meditation and spiritual growth. She offers heart-to-heart transmission in meditation through the Awakened Heart meditation workshops, classes, retreats and yoga philosophy trainings. Her book, The Heart of Meditation: Pathways to a Deeper Experience, was published under her former monastic name of Swami Durgananda, and she currently writes a column for Yoga Journal.
