ASANATOMY LAB with Noah Mazé at Yogakula - Saturday February 17

Join us for this deep dive educational and experiential journey.

In-Studio + Online (Recordings available if you can’t make the event)

11:00am-1.30pm – Lower Body

2.30pm-5:00pm  - Upper Body

If you are interested in learning more about your body and its capacity to move, looking to empower yourself with the skills to evolve your practice and ready to tap your own creative pathways into increased mobility and movement, we would love you to join us.

Each session will be a treasure trove of learning about human anatomy, kinesiology and applied biomechanics, and how to apply your knowledge to optimize your yoga and movement practice and teaching. Sessions may be attended in-person, or online, and will be recorded so you can review.

Both workshops $70 / One workshop $40

About the Instructor

Noah Mazé has devoted his life to the subject of yoga. Best known for his clear, precise, and methodical teaching style, his tangible knowledge, and his ability to transmit with openness, curiosity, and wit are palpable. Noah has collected, gathered, experienced, and embodied this vast subject—seeking out the best teachers, learning from different lineages and absorbing much of what is on offer. Ever-advancing the conversation and curriculum in yoga education, Noah believes that always remaining a student is essential to teaching. Technology for online option: We will use Zoom. You will receive the link in the confirmation email.

Reminder emails: You will receive a reminder email 2 days before and 30 min before.

Recorded Video of the livestream session will be sent 48hr after the live session. If you cannot make the time but would like to attend, please register to receive the video link.
