100 Hour Yoga Immersion

“The study of asana is not about mastering posture. It’s about using posture to understand and transform yourself.”

— B.K.S. IYENGAR

100 Hour Yoga Immersion

Our 100-Hour Yoga Immersion is for committed and curious yoga students who wish to take their practice to the next level in the company of like-hearted souls.
