100 Hour Yoga Immersion
“The study of asana is not about mastering posture. It’s about using posture to understand and transform yourself.”
— B.K.S. IYENGAR
100 Hour Yoga Immersion
Our 100-Hour Yoga Immersion is for committed and curious yoga students who wish to take their practice to the next level in the company of like-hearted souls. During our Immersion we’ll dive deeply into the traditions and practices of yoga, connect with the fullness of ourselves and each other, and harvest the fruits of a dedicated practice.
Participants will receive in-depth instruction in asana, biomechanics, alignment, applied anatomy, core yogic texts, various philosophical lineages and traditions, meditation techniques, pranayama, mantra, and yoga therapeutics. Our Yoga Immersion moves our yoga practice off the mat and deep into our hearts, minds, and spirits, where it can transform our lives in powerful ways.
In the Immersion we will integrate the practices and wisdom from the yoga tradition to our daily lives where they can benefit our families and communities. As your practice evolves, you may choose to continue your studies and walk the path of becoming a yoga teacher with an additional 100 hours of refined training and tools for guiding the practice with your community.
