CLASS PACKAGES

These policies apply to all classes, online, outdoor and virtual

Refund

No refunds are offered on Class Packages.

Class Expiration Dates 

  • One-month passes expire 30 days after date of purchase. There are no extensions for unlimited class passes.

  • 5-class passes expire after 4 months from the first date of use.

  • 10-class passes expire after 4 months from the first date of use.

  • 20-class passes expire after 6 months from the first date of use.

  • New student 3-class passes expire 30 days after date of purchase. No Extensions can be made on the new student pass.

  • Drop-in passes expire after 12 months

Extensions
We offer a one time – one month extension on class series of 5, 10 and 20 classes for a fee of $10
No extension on month pass
No extension on new-students pass
No extension on Drop-in

Transferability / Sharing
Passes cannot be shared with another student
Packages can’t be transferred to another student.

Cancellations
In-studio class cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class will result in a loss of that class (for drop-ins or limited passes, like a 10 class pass). Members who fail to attend will also forfeit their payment for that class. This policy applies to both members and non-members. 

Lateness/No-Shows
Classes start at the posted time. No show will result in a loss of that class. Members who fail to attend will also forfeit their payment for that class. This policy applies to both members and non-members.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Membership Benefits

Membership Refunds and Restrictions
No refunds are offered for memberships. Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or used to pay for another student.

All memberships have a 3 month minimum commitment and auto-renew to your debit or credit card on file. If you wish to terminate your contract, you may do so after 3 months by e-mailing us. Processing time may take up to a week.

If you need to put your membership on hold, we allow a one-time freeze, free of charge within a calendar year. If you wish to freeze your account more than once in 12 months, we charge $25 processing fee for each freeze.

Membership Auto-renew
These memberships auto-renew; therefore, a credit card on file is required. Membership will automatically renew on the same day each month. You may cancel your membership online by contacting us anytime before your next automatic payment. Termination or suspension will only prevent future auto-renewals; no refunds are given for any unused portion of a month, or for purchases or renewals already made.

WORKSHOP POLICIES

Cancellations
YogaKula and its teachers reserve the right to cancel workshops. If YogaKula cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Payment
Series and monthly passes not valid for workshops.

Refund
No refunds are offered on workshops. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
You can receive a credit to account that can be used for another YogaKula workshops during 6 months if you cancelled more than 48hr before.

TEACHER TRAINING POLICIES

Payment and refund
Tuition payment for the 100-Hour program, 200-Hour program & 300-Hour Program must be paid in full in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Trainings are non-refundable, at any time.
Deposit and monthly payments of payment plan are non-refundable. If you decide to abandon the training, there are no refunds. No exceptions will be granted.

Attendance
Students may only miss up to 10% of the training. If you miss more than 20 hours of training, you may be un-enrolled from the training. You are still responsible for full payment of the training. To receive certification, students must retake the training again at full price. A discounted price is available on a space-available basis.

Make-Ups
Students who have missed up to 20 hours of the training may make up the hours in three ways:

1) Schedule a private session with your instructor. Depending on the content of the missed coursework, make-up time ratios may vary from 1:1 to 1:4. ($75 per hour)

2) Join a future training for the day(s) you missed, as space allows.

3) Join a workshop, after receiving the authorization of the lead teacher of the program (cost of the workshop applied).

These policies may be updated with notice from time to time, as necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

YogaKula is committed to protecting your privacy by protecting any information that we collect from you. We will collect the minimum amount of information about you that we need to provide you with satisfactory service. Data in relation to credit card payments and reserving space in workshops and classes is processed by Mindbody, Inc. (www.mindbodyonline.com) on a secure website linked to ours. Mindbody, Inc. has its own privacy policy and any information that you provide on its website will be subject to its privacy policy.

We may communicate with you, to update you on products, services and benefits, or other information we think would be of particular interest. 

You can remove your e-mail address from our e-mail list service at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any e-mail that you may receive from us. In addition, you can modify your information or change your preferences by contacting us as described at Contacting Us below.

Newsletters

If you have opted to receive our newsletter, you may cancel participation by following the instructions in each newsletter. We will honor all requests for list removal sent to us as described in Contacting Us below.
