Ann Thu Cung - Yoga teacher

Ann Thu Cung (she/her) loves all things yoga. Her yoga journey began in 2009, and she's found healing and happiness through yoga since. After a bike accident left her with a spinal injury, her approach to yoga focused more so on strengthening and alignment. She brings this approach to her style of teaching, providing strong flows, cues focused on body awareness, and safe and supportive assists. She is grateful to her many teachers, including those in the Jivamukti Yoga community. Ann Thu believes any body and mind can benefit from yoga and shares yoga with others in hopes that they may experience more peace of mind, more joy, and feel more connected and free.
