WHAT’S THE YOGA WE NEED NOW - WITH BARRIE RISMAN (ONLINE) A FREE EVENT

What’s the Yoga we Need Now? Yoga for Turbulent Times

A FREE ONLINE EVENT: A conversation with senior teacher and author Barrie Risman

Monday December 9 3:00pm– 4:00pm PDT

A recording will be available if you can’t make the live event

Join us for a conversation on how yoga can help us to build the emotional and spiritual resilience needed to become more of who we wish to be in the world at this time.

Barrie discusses how practice can become a deep well of resourcing and nourishment, empowering us to courageously and compassionately live into the most critical spiritual evolution of our time: the recognition of our fundamental interconnectedness.

Barrie will be teaching at Yogakula throughout the month of February as our teacher-in-residence. With over more than 30 years of experience, we can’t wait for you to meet her and benefit from the depth of her knowledge, skill, and heart.

Barrie Risman, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, public speaker, and author. Her book, Evolving Your Yoga: Ten Principles for Enlightened Practice, is a guide for teachers and continuing students to deepen, expand, and integrate the benefits of yoga in their lives. Widely regarded as a teacher's teacher, she shares yoga around the globe through classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings, both online and in person.
