YOGA for Longevity with Sue Elkind - A FREE EVENT(Online)

Yoga for Longevity - A Free Event with Sue Elkind (Online)

Monday July 8th 3:30pm-4:30pm PDT / 6:30pm -7:30pm EDT

Do you want to live a long healthy life? Longevity studies are quickly discovering the keys to living long and healthy lives. Diet, exercise, sleep & community seem to be the main contributors, but there are a few more behavior patterns to consider. This free event with Sue Elkind will explore how yoga and lifestyle practices can keep you living well into many more decades. It is yoga that equips us to age well with time and prepares us to handle real-life everyday activities such as bending, sitting, lifting, loading, pulling, pushing, squatting, balancing, and hauling. Learn tips and tricks to sustainable posture in all your yoga poses. Explore a powerful paradigm shift in your yoga practice that will last a lifetime. Learn how healthy alignment helps you feel more comfortable in your body and practice and how to practice yoga safely and skillfully.

Sue Elkind is recognized internationally in the yoga community as a teacher’s teacher, with over 30 years of yoga and meditation experience. Her in-depth knowledge of alignment and biomechanics, along with her passion to teach from her heart, allows her students to expand their potential both physically and spiritually. Sue is the director of DIG Yoga's 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training programs, author of 'Dig Pregnancy, Birth & Baby' and creator of Awakening the Goddess Pre/Post Natal Trainings that she offers worldwide. Inspired by keeping great company, quality time in nature and her loving family, Sue co-founded her home studio DIG Yoga in 2010 with Naime Jezzeny in Lambertville, NJ, as a sanctuary to nourish the body, mind and heart with yoga.

After registering, you will receive 2 emails: a receipt and a confirmation email. The Zoom link will be part of the confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please contact asap info@yogakula.com. Thank you!
