New Moon + Solar Eclipse Flow (Extended Practice)

Join Jennie Hayes for an extended evening practice to welcome in the Spring months and honor the passing of our Solar Eclipse in Aries which will be Monday, April 8th. This is a potent time for transformation and is optimal for certain practices. This special offering will include:

•  Intention-setting and journaling around themes of the New Moon in Aries and Solar Eclipse. Our theme will be: Welcoming Creativity Through Inner Vision.

• Learn & Chant the Gayatri Mantra, honoring the return of the light of the Sun as we move towards Spring months.

• Slow Ritual Flow with long-held heart and hip-openers

• Meditation on Creativity and Cultivating Inner Vision to close

• Go home with a small handcrafted gift, prayer sheet and a suggested personal ritual for the following day.

Jennie Hayes has devoted the past 15 years to healing and self-discovery through Bodywork & Yoga. She attended the National Holistic Institute in 2008 to receive her certification in Massage Therapy and went on to continue her studies in Ayurveda & Yoga in 2014, receiving a teaching certificate from Mount Madonna Center. She has taught regular public classes in San Francisco since 2014.
