Care, like yoga, is an embodied practice and it begins with ourselves... Appreciating and paying attention to ourselves, cultivating kind and loving awareness with what we see, knowing our own value and self-worth, honoring our needs as important, and accepting ourselves... This embodied self-care that we practice then ripples out into our families, relationships, friendships, workplaces, communities, and world beyond.
This Yoga Mini-Retreat will include:
Opening Circle: Welcome & Introduction
Mantra Meditation of Love and Compassion
Inquiry, Contemplation, & Discussion of Self-care including Beliefs, Practice, and Intention for Change
Restorative Yoga Practice to Replenish, including Deep Relaxation
Reflection Meditation
Closing Circle: Impressions and Gratitude
