Karen Ting

Karen fell in love with yoga 8 years ago. This moving meditation allowed her to find the way back to a body she did not recognize after undergoing extensive treatment for breast cancer. Fueled with the desire to share the physical and emotional benefits of yoga she sought her 200 hour RYT with Yoga to the People and immediately launched into teaching.

 

Karen’s classes are infused with all the things she loves about the practice, the breath, the challenge, personal depth and a light heartedness. offering her students a fun and creative flow.
